Introduction:

Teaching is an art which includes knowledge presentation an art of dissemination and above all every aspect of paralinguistics.teaching demands broad knowledge of subject matter in all horizon s, complete curriculum with standards  positive and carrying attitude with enthusiasm and a desire for learning and techniques of classroom management and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young people. I am sure that nobody will  deny the fact that teacher is an aid and activities used by the teachers are materials in the classroom.

The existence  of material is totally based on the creativity and innovative ways of teachers. No one can asume even a single material without a teacher because it is a teacher who uses the materials in the classroom effectively and effective usage of those materials is reflected by the involvement of the students.

  Objectives of the Good Teaching Tool:

1.Helps to Encourage Students in Learning

2. They make learning easier by converting concepts into visual cues.

  3. By speeding up learning, they reduce the learning time.

4. Smooth the memory in the learned areas and reduce forgetfulness.

 5. Create different perspectives and create an attraction in learning  and attention in learning.

These helped to teach an un intersting lesson also very interesting as well.

Teaching materials and teaching aids : Role of a teacher:

Teacher is the driver of the classroom who drives the class as per his /her pace and desire.

She makes an environment in which all the students themselves in the ocean of knowledge which happens due to usage of the materials and AIDS used by the teacher in the classroom they use themselves as samjate when they start using facts as a starting point ask why questions and then look at all sides and encourage students to predict what happens next as a material they are to engage the whole class with their questions and with the help of their motivation and varied questions they make a live live classroom where every student gets involved William Arthur ward rightly says the mediocre teacher tells the good teacher explains the spirit teaches demonstrate the great teacher inspires and this quote reveals that teacher is and it which changes her are himself according to the desired situation for facilitating and motivating the students in a better way doctor scissors also corroborates Mr William when he says "you have brains in your head, you have feet in your shoes, you can steer yourself in any direction you choose . you're on your way and you know what you know. And you are the guy who'll decide where to go".

As soon as teacher and enteres  in the classroom he/ she  starts using materials which already exist in the classroom she / he starts talking about last classes which gives a platform to the students for getting out something and teacher tries to link up that interaction with his /her upcoming class and it becomes a material for a teacher.  A teacher Digs  out the material from the classroom and uses accordingly like students was called by a teacher of last class and then ELT teacher can ask students to come up and share their experiences . a platform in the  class and from there that year it teaches Christ on the speaking skills of the students these materials can be used to facilitate speaking skills of students and students will be speaking wholeheartedly which can be a good material to be used by an ELT specialist.

Conclusion: 

Teaching computers facilitates the learning process of learning and facilitates student learning in the use of innovative technology and the use of innovative technology. And increases students’ interest. Enhance Student Learning To encourage classroom learning, here is a small sample of the teaching and learning tools for the 30 curriculum I used to use.
