Compound words

Compound words are formed when two or more words are joined together to create a new word that has an entirely new meaning. For example, “sun” and “flower” are two differentwords, but when fused together, they form another word, Sunflower.

Conjunction: 

The definition of a conjunction is the joining together of elements and it is a word that connects sentences, phrases or clauses. Anexample of conjunction is classmates coming together to solve a math problem. An example ofconjunction is the word "and."
